2 days in and Ive realised that me going to uni was a big mistake.

I find it very hard to pay attention in the lectures. The tutors and lecturers are very boring. I dont like any of the subjects Im doing now, theyre nothign like I pictured.

I dont like how much money everythign costs, the books and all the extra unneccessary shit.

I drank the majority of a bottle of vodka last night and ended up throwing up all over the kitchen floor in a friend's appartment completely destroying a Christian Dior shirt of mine.

Ive virtually no money.

Oh and I do not feel like socialising.

Im really hungover.

Stupid fucking university.

Nobody to talk to, or, well, nobody I want to talk to.

maybe you have not found the subjects and classes you like yet.  I have been taking a lot of different classes to discover what I like as I was not sure if I wanted to be a photographer/graphic designer or law

Well if you feel like it isn't something you are interested in, you can withdraw from the course, try and sell the stuff you purchased, and I guess cut your losses.

Usually people like to find a part time job to do, so they can earn themselves some extra money to cover other costs like rent and food.

Been there done that.
It's still early days, you could always transfer to another department, or ask to sit in on modules from other topics to see if there is a subject you'd prefer.

You cant honestly make any proper judgement after two days, dont bother buying the books, its not like you will ever read them anyhow! & education is important whether you choose to enjoy it or not.

You've been there two days. Give it time. A lot of people struggle at the beginning of university, but don't give up after two days - you'll regret it.

Drinking near-all of a bottle of vodka has little to do with your decision to go to Uni. I wouldn't base your college experience off of that.

University isn't that bad... its just a matter of finding your niche.  Most campus have a listing of on campus and off campus jobs. If you were to find a job, you'd have extra money to spend on different things.

If you don't feel like socializing, that's your loss. There are plenty of people to meet and befriend from school but if you choose not to, then I personally think you're missing out.

Drinking a bottle of vodka isn't the best thing to do, especially during the school week.

Cheer up, I'm sure things will get better. It's only been two days!

Is this your first year?
