I lived in a flat with 4 other people and on our very first day, about ten minutes into us all being there, we knew one girl was going to leave. No joke, she spent the entire day in her room with her parents. Day and night, we didn't see them once. They were gone when we all got up in the morning, it was so weird.

But, I'd assume that if there's no-one else wanting rooms, you'd get to keep the room alone :)
