Dairy Product Addict

So for years I've been unable to sleep properly. I'd get a few hours sleep but often with strange or disturbing dreams so I always hated going to sleep.
There's been a lot of upheaval in my life in the last week or two & now I'm lucky if I get to sleep for half an hour.
I'm so tired & it makes me feel kinda ill at times.
I'm sick of it..
Any ideas how to sort it?
