so its been a long time since I have had a panic attack until last night... and it was the worst last night and I was wondering if anyone else has them and how do you deal with them?

I have a panic disorder, so I get them quite regularly. I take medication to control them/abort them when they happen. Mine are bad enough that just waiting them out is rarely ever an option.

i have them sometimes not very often but i get them and its just like "holy shit....." i have to walk away from watever im doin and sit in a corner for like at least 10 mins and i cant talk to anyone.
