i don't know if i asked this before but is thinking slow in conversations part of a.d.d or what?

i noticed everytime i get asked a question i have to stop and think about it a good 5 seconds to process the question that was asked and think of what to say next....

if a normal person get asked when their birthday they answer right away..if someone ask whats my birthday, ill be like "ummmmm..................march"

what the fuck is this?
