First of all, I'm sorry it took us so long to reply. No excuses of course, but we have a large number of support topics to tackle at the moment, and it does take us a bit to get to everyone. Now, I'm assuming your anxiety attack has passed over by now. Have you had another one? What I can really do for you is advise you on what to do if you feel like you have another one coming on again.
Obviously, the first thing I can say is relax. From someone who suffers from an anxiety order herself, I know this is much easier said than done. But you really just need to learn what helps you yourself. For me, it's massages and music. While you're in your attack, try many different strategies until you find something that works. LET SOMEONE KNOW. They can help calm you down. Try taking a walk, some deep breathing techniques, coming on here and venting your fears. I hope you don't experience something like this again... but if you do, remember that we're always here for you. I hope we'll be able to get to you quicker next time.
