Try it for yourself, walk down an alley or through a car park and set off your 'high pitched attack alarm', no one will come to the rescue because people will just not care. When carrying a spray, you have control. You can spray the person in the eyes, causing them to become shocked and isorientated, you CANNOT do thjat with a silly alarm. I used to carry a rape alarm and it is useless, criminals couldnt give a fuck about an alarm. The only way to beat your attack is to use surprise, whip the spray out your pocket, spray them and run.. Triggering an alarm does nothing.

No, i'm telling the truth. Its a myth that going to the gym protects you, and rape alarms do NOTHING.
The only way to defend yourself is to use surprise, kicking, punching etc ISNT a surprise, your attack will be EXPECTING IT. Using a spray to cover them in foam and goo, so they will be seen by everybody and identified will have a bigger impact than a few bruises.

BUT ITS JUST BLUE FOAM....it's not going to hurt anyone. and the attack alarm has an element of shock to it. and I set mine off all of time and people regularly turn around and go WHAT THE FUCK. It's funzis. I can see why you would be a target for abuse though, people prey on the weak.

I've practised it many times, infact i walk around with my hand on my defence spray at all times in public, and at night i hold the spray in my hand, so i can react within 2 seconds, thats quicker than it would take a criminal to completely cripple me.
