Well I always thought of my body as my canvas.. my work of art.. besides being healthy is always good too.. Never had alot of weights to work with.. Bicycle crunches = best Ab excercise.. you dont need to do alot.. about 2 sets of 25 a day.. =50.. Do this 2 days.. then rest the third.. add more when you feel comfortable.. They'll tear you up at first.. Push Ups will give you some pecs.. do it with correct form.. I suggest keep your palms far apart.. do them slowish to feel the burn.. 2 sets of 20 a day.. rest the third day.. this isnt going to get you built, but it'll get your muscles toned and looking lean to start packing on muscle..

When I do pushups My wrists hurt so much that I have to stop after 15 max. Is that due just to improper form?
I don't really want to be built. Just some definition and tone. I'm not fat, just... soft with a bit of a gut and man boobs.
How long before results do you think?
