You've got nice eyes. I think in a year or two your jaw line will fill out, too. You could try weightlifting a little bit maybe. Not get all giantly buff, but you know, put some muscle on. As you age a little bit, probably by 16-17 you'll gain some weight/muscle.

i happen to be a girl, but for volley ball conditioning. run stairs (flights of them), suicides (running lines), weights, jumping (hundreds of times off and on different things), crunches, push ups, jump rope (like crazy and it will make you sweat)...we do this two hours a morning and two hours an evening for 2 weeks to get in shape, we do this until we puke so i would recommend doing so for less time, if you need specifics tell me.

Well I always thought of my body as my canvas.. my work of art.. besides being healthy is always good too.. Never had alot of weights to work with.. Bicycle crunches = best Ab excercise.. you dont need to do alot.. about 2 sets of 25 a day.. =50.. Do this 2 days.. then rest the third.. add more when you feel comfortable.. They'll tear you up at first.. Push Ups will give you some pecs.. do it with correct form.. I suggest keep your palms far apart.. do them slowish to feel the burn.. 2 sets of 20 a day.. rest the third day.. this isnt going to get you built, but it'll get your muscles toned and looking lean to start packing on muscle..
