Chocolate biscuit v. chocolate bar

In your eyes, what is a chocolate biscuit and what is a chocolate bar?

I was talking about this with some friends a few days ago, and it appears I have a different opinion :/

To me, a chocolate biscuit is something such as a digestive, bourbon or cookie which includes chocolate. A chocolate bar is something like a kitkat, echo, mars bar or twix which includes chocolate.

My friends said that a chocolate bar is something like a galaxy or dairy milk, which is solid chocolate, but a chocolate biscuit is anything that includes biscuit or wafer, such as a kitkat, echo, twix or double decker.

What about you? What do you think?

I am seriously very, very shocked...they are EVERYWHERE here. They're just a basic food. Everywhere sells them. There's a billion zillion different sorts...we probably have about 5 different types in the house right now.
