Let me put it into perspective.

I weigh 160 pounds. If you are fat, I am a fucking whale.

Your friend sounds dangerously close to death. There's something called BMI, which calculates your height and weight to determine if they are proportionate to each other.

I'm 5'8, and my BMI is in the "healthy weight" range. (Albeit the high end, but still, healthy weight). If your friend is 5'8 and less than 100 pounds...she must look like a walking skeleton. I'm worried about her.

You don't look fat. I am saying the clothes you wear don't flatter your body at all. You seem to wear clothing that are bigger for your frame. You need to wear clothes that hug your body more. Also, you could try doing something about your physical appearence to be more appealing.
