Okay I'm suppose to drink prune juice to make my constapation go away forever. I've had it since April so thats 4 to 5 months. School starts in 3 days. Will it make the constapation go away so that it doesnt mess with my school life and stuff. I do sports all yrar drink at least 3 glasses of water a day and I eat veggies and orange juice invluding apples. Help

best bet is to eat healthy, no meat since it clogs your colon for MONTHS.

workout, eat right, and everything should get better.
