Well, for me, I had a therapist who taught me how to manage my stress as well. Usually with a little mantra or something, something to stop and say to yourself when you're getting stressed out and everything seems to be coming at you at once. I also used to jut. let it all out. Maybe be calm, then go to my room and scream into, like, two pillows. It may sound weird.. But for me it relieved stress, and the screams were muffled so no one could hear or anything.
But it really all depends on the person.
