ive been ana lately, and a few months ago well I controlled my self but now , i just wanna go and starve myself again. I havent been eating and , just ease my self by smoking.
how can I stop this, I know its not healthy, but im fat. ahhhh I h8 this feeling.

You need to talk to your parents about it, and if they can't help you, you should consider professional help. Trust me, it works. If you actually are fat, like you say, just try to go and do exercising with a friend. just make sure you eat food with good nutritiional value.
