Usually those members that get banned are the ones that never offer any support, but only request nudes or relationships.

That's usually how all friendships work, btw...  You're often more willing to comply with a friend than a stranger.  I see nothing wrong with building friendships through the forums or outside them via instant messengers, as long as the sole purpose is not for sexual material, but instead friendly conversations.
