You tell me... people put things in the wrong forums all the time. A lot of people also seem ignorant of proper English usage. Which are you guilty of?

Well, seeing as putting something in the wrong forum requires me navigating to a particular forum and hitting create topic, while capitalization requires but a keystroke, I'm going to go for the latter.
