I had this on my computer and I deleted it. Is there anyway my comp is key logged?

how do I get rid of this?

and if I scan the comp would this help?

if you're that freaked out, then reinstall XP or w.e you use so everything gets wiped out.

you should have used one of those unistallers that completely uninstalls the program (i.e. cleans the registry of all related entries, type regedit). ashampoo comes to mind
