Yes, there is a chance of you being pregnant. Since you missed most of your pills for awhile your body is not safe from getting pregnant. The only way to keep your body safe from not being pregnant when your on birth control is to TAKE your birth control. You never told enough information about the unprotected sex. Did he cum inside you? or did he pull out? Either way there are still chances since you didn't take your birth control. Yes, there is a lesser of a chance of you being pregnant if he did pull out, but pre-cum will always get inside you when having unprotected sex.
