I have a job interview tonight. Well, the official title is "staff open evening". And I've been told the dress is "smart casual". I never know what to wear for that.
I have to impress the people who work there and make them want to hire me. It's for a new nightclub that is opening up soon in Brum.
Anyway. Would this be alright do you think?
(in case you can't see the top yet, it's from new look. Cream with black lace detail and quite low cut. And I'm planning on wearing it with black jeans and black ankle boots with a kitten heel.
Do you think that is ok?

I think that's pretty nice actually. You won't be going super smart (i.e in a blouse with black trousers, briefcase etc) But then you're not too casual (blue jeans and a t shirt). I think that that top is very nice. It still looks smart without looking like you're trying to impress.
