If starving yourself doesn't work, and it eats your muscles, rather than your fat, why is there barely any fat on my body anymore, but the same (or at least from what I can tell) amount of muscle? Not to mention, I haven't gained any of it back and it's been two weeks of eating normally again. I used to be able to grab the fat, feel the muscle underneath, and now all I can feel is the muscle... I know I'm stupid or whatever, but I was already pretty thin and I could NOT LOSE my "love handles" no matter how healthy I ate or how much I exercised.

You need to eat normal but exercise. Do lots of cardio daily. Do not cut out food because that won't work.
