10. Umm, so? You're mixing up the rules or something...It's okay to submit something that is being affected by other people, you're just taking a risk that it will change after you find it. It's not okay to submit something that I suspect was affected by you. Obviously the number of hot topics in a forum isn't affected by you, unless I see that you bumped or spammed a topic.

EXAMPLE SUBMISSIONS
  • Team A submits, via post, a valid link for item X. Item X is crossed off the list. Team B submits, via PM, the entire section that contains item X. Team B receives points for all valid items submitted, except for item X. Team B does not receive points for the "entire section at once".
