I would also make sure that there aren't any double standards in your requirements.

Not cheating is an important part of a relationship but that alone will not hold it together.  You can be an abusive, controlling jerk and be faithful.

I think all your requirements are realistic except the vegetarian part.  This reduces your chances dramatically in my opinion.  Consider, "Open to vegetarian diet."
