I'm gaining weight and a lot of people noticed it..it's so frustrating, I wanna lose weight effectively without trying hard about getting diet pills, going to the gym etc.  I'm a student and I have a pretty hectic schedule so how should I lose weight the natural way. Please advice me on this.

I don't think the slim fast option is right for everyone.  Look at what you eat every day and try to cut back on things that are too processed (microwave meals, chips, etc.).  Cut out things like soda and stick with water for a while too-- although read the labels of flavored water and pick one that does not have a lot of sugar (Vitamin Water has WAY too much!).  What our bodies want is natural foods.  I know that can be hard when life gets so busy but by eating a healthy breakfast (go for yogurt and fruit or a high-fiber/low-sugar cereal with skim milk) and making sure you eat veggies and protein at lunch or dinner, you will start to notice a change.  Be patient with it, exercise regularly and don't fall into those crash diets...those are not healthy or effective!

I agree with the others...you have to eat right (more fruits, veggies and whole grains. Less sugar and soda) and exercise.
Hard work is the only way to get weight off.

to be honest, you didn't put the weight on over night, so don't expect it to come off overnight.

Running is the single best way to burn calories.  I suggest running on a track, at the beach, or in the woods.  Some place where the scenery is good.  Work your way up to a mile, and then go from there.

And take the advice of others to be a bit patient.  Read labels, make smart choices and remember that it will take time.  College is rough...temptation is everywhere with sodas and gatorade and vitamin water and beer being just about the only thing people drink.  Don't get stuck in those traps and you'll see results.  Good luck!

Try getting a set of small free weights for your room and doing some daily exercising. Building even a little bit of muscle can really help your metabolism. I've gotten some great exercise ideas from Better.tv, so I would also check that website out.

If you want to lose weight or build muscle, it takes hard work and dedication.  If you don't want to work for it, I don't have any advice for you.  If you are so busy, work out early or late at night.  You have to make time for your own health.  No one else can put in the effort to get you in shape but you.

Eat about five small meals a day(a granola bar, yogurt, or a salad), drink a LOT of water, and try and exercise whenever you can. Like even just take the stairs instead of the elevator.

you want to do lots of cardiovascular workouts, make sure you cut down on your lipids(fats) and try not to eat after 6 pm.  Instead of eating few big meals, eat many small snacks, this will make your metabolism throghout your day balanced and constabntly burning food.

I agree. The best way to maintain a healthy (attractive) body is through routine exercise and a healthy diet. Being lazy won't get you there.
