somtimes being over the top can make people uncomfortable and frustrate them, while being happy is great, you need to consider how you're making other people feel, i hate being laughed at for example, i think almost everyone hates it... if u were to laugh at me i would tell u to get f-d

if you laugh at someone then of course it is going to harm their self esteem.
