Can you go to someone's house and just get something to eat? If you live close enough to home, go home and eat something?

I live eons away from home and I am so busy I have no time for friends. Maybe I should cut off my finger and eat it. I bet it would taste like a hot dog.
I am starving right now, but just too lazy to get up and go downstairs. hmm... perhaps look around.. like take the ramen noodles, cook 2 packs and mix in something like chicken (if you have some) or a veggie product and make it into like a dinner type plate?
