Yeah why is that everytime I go to the gym, I kinda lose a little weight but whenever I stopped for a month I would gain weight, I want people to say that there's a change in my weight but the more they say that I gained...so frustrating I don't know why it's gonna be like this...

Please tell me what should I do about going to the gym or losing weight?

Same diet, you add more exercise, but then you like stop doing that extra exercise without changing your diet.

yeah because I'm a bit chubby, and I want to lose all that unwanted fats, but then when I stop going to the gym the more I gained...I hate my metabolism!

What you need to do is find out what your caloric needs are.  (there are a bunch of calculators online).  Once you know what your caloric needs are for the day ie: 2100 calories or whatever it tells you, you then need to watch what you eat and stay at that level.

You gain weight because you eat an excess of calories, and lose weight when you eat slightly below the reccomended calories.  If you go too far below though, your metabolism will shut down and begin to store the fat because your body thinks you are starving.  

So find out what your caloric requirements are, and take it from there.
