We had to this for robotics. What parts do you need specific help on? Do you understand how to harness the power of the trap? If you do I can say you will want a four wheeled design to keep it stable, with really big rear wheels and the lever arm should be right above the rear axle.

Use a really long arm connected to the mouse trap, and have it pull a string that turns the axil of the back wheels (make sure their really big back wheels)
