Is there nothing else you can do at the minute to help control your emotions? Go out for a run, exercise, any other outlet you have? If not, I completely understand, but you'll have to find some useful and positive way of channeling these emotions, y'know? Do you have any medical help for your bipolar at all? I'm mainly just curious, as medication or therapy can help control the emotions.

edit: I really think you should try doing something to release that stress, btw. It can help tremendously.
