You don't want to keep smoking. No, it does nothing to your brain in the long run, and no, it doesn't cause cancer, and no, it doesn't really harm your lungs (especially if you use a vaporizer)...but it DOES reduce your mental ability for up to 4 weeks after. Just draaaaank it up instead.
