Hey guys,

Its been quite a while since I last posted on LiveWire. I usually only come here when I have some sort of high-priority issue in my life. I think now is one of those times.

Except this time it's not a problem occurring to me, but my Fiance'.
You see, she got a new job around 3-4 months ago, after having a difficult 6-month unemployment period. She left her previous job due to depression and stress, induced by her co-workers.
Both jobs were in the area of Bookkeeping and Accounting.

For the first 3 months of her new job she was really enjoying herself. She has nice colleagues, her workload, while high, is nothing she can't handle, and our personal relationship has been quite rewarding.

But over the last month or so, she has felt her work performance waning.
She called me just 15 minutes ago, saying that she had been approached by her employer, who had told her that her performance was indeed, lessening.

It has nothing to do with getting her work done on time, but recently she has been making many more errors than usual, and she is having problems concentrating.

There are a few things I could attribute to this change, but none of them are recent developments:

- We are getting Married late September. I, myself am quite stressed about getting everything organized. We are ahead with our plans, compared to other couples we have known, but out of the two of us, I am the one most affected. Perhaps she hides it better than me, but I don't think she is too worried about meeting the deadline, per se'.

- For my Job, I manage at a McDonalds restaurant. I work long hours, and my shifts/days off are different each week. I often work the late shifts, which means I don't see my Fiance' much on some days. While this is quite draining to me, the only way it affects her is that she doesn't see me for a few hours less per day.

- She was diagnosed with Depression after she left her previous job. She saw a Psychiatrist/Psychologist (One of them, can't remember which) until mid January, when it was deemed that her "issues" had been addressed successfully. She is still on anti-depressants, a small dosage each day to keep the balance, but not enough to cause an addiction.

I come to you guys because I have found that the most insightful and helpful answers can be found here.
I have no idea what to do to help her. She has a Work Meeting come up soon, where they will be asking her about her decline in performance.
She doesn't think she will lose her job, but she is at a loss as to why she has suddenly lost her concentration and accuracy at work.

Can you guys help me, help her?

Thanks,

X-Slash-X

She could be lacking nutrients. Does she take a daily multivitamin? If so, does it have B12?

This one is what I use, it's absolutely amazing.

EDIT: Sorry, I put the wrong one. The tablets are far better than the capsules.

Thanks for the quick reply.

She isn't on any medication/pills/supplements besides her Anti-Depressants and her Birth-Control Pills.
I might look into these Multi-Vitamins.

What seems strange to me is, we have been eating far more healthily recently, and we joined a gym at the start of the year. You'd think she'd be getting more vitamins from eating better.

Also, before someone mentions it, she has no trouble with sleeping. She gets up about 7:00am-7:30am each morning, but she goes to bed no later than 10:00pm, usually 9:00pm-9:30pm.

I have also noticed that she is has been a lot more hungry lately. She can't eat much in the morning, but around dinner and after. she eats like a horse.
