How did you stop?

Do you ever get urges to do it again?

Personally it's been since senior year. So about 2 years. I guess I sort of "grew out" of it and found better ways to deal with my problems. I occasionally get urges to cut because it's a quick fix... I wonder if these will ever go away.

I was wondering if there was anyone on this forum like me.

i have some pretty wicked scars left over.

i just try t find other ways to deal with stress and sadness

although, for urges, i imagine completely distracting yourself and removing yourself from the stressful situation, or from the place where you could self harm, would help a bit.
