Definately rugby. When you're running flat out at a bloke who's aiming to jab his shoulder as hard as he can into your stomach, pick you up and drop you on the ground, you're pretty fucked. Although, I've heard that you can get fucked up majorly in gridiron and ice hockey but I've never left a rugby match without stud marks, bruises and sore muscles all across my body. I'm only 16 but I've had mates break their noses, arms, collarbones and legs over the years. I'm lucky that the most serious injury I got was getting knocked out cold for three minutes.

Injuries aren't as bad in gridiron thanks to the pads and ice hockey should only have the occasional accidents.
