Firstly it was a bit stupid to get drunk and have sex in the first place but thats over with now and theres nothing you can do. I am presuming she is underage? Firstly she gets drunk and then pregnant. I can understand that it happens sometimes but still she should have been more careful.
She would only be HIV postive if the person she had sex with had it. So she could have it. Get her to go to the doctors next time. I just hope that if she gets the test done that it comes back negative. If the worst does come to the worst you will just have to be there for her when she needs you. Maybe talk to someone that was in that situation.
Just make sure that she doesnt do it again because she dont know what she might catch next time. She should know her limits!
