Subject: stitch problem
i have a stitch that ran all the way around my nipple and I trided to remove it and it broke off in my skin how can I get it out. there is probly 2 inches still in.

Hey.

Because of how deep it is and the area that it is in, I would suggest a doctor.  Just pulling it out could cause some damage.  And the pain will be great.  So I think the best option would be a doctor.  They can take it out the best possible way.

You are going to need to go to a doctor, or wait for the stitch to be expelled by your body.  I would suggest going to a doctor to prevent an infection.  You could probably try massaging the area, but that could make this worse instead of making them better.  

Another thing you could try is soaking the area with espom salts.  Get a warm wet rag and put it over the area for a few minutes to soften the skin.  

BUT, I would again suggest going to a doctor.
