You are going to need to go to a doctor, or wait for the stitch to be expelled by your body. I would suggest going to a doctor to prevent an infection. You could probably try massaging the area, but that could make this worse instead of making them better. Another thing you could try is soaking the area with espom salts. Get a warm wet rag and put it over the area for a few minutes to soften the skin.
BUT, I would again suggest going to a doctor.
