The obvious answer would be to wear long sleeves and pants, but that just covers up the problem, not solves it.

What is the reason for your cutting?  Are you willing to help yourself by stopping it?  Don't be afraid to call one of the cutting hotlines, or a suicide hotline if you need that.  If you aren't comfortable with that maybe talking to a family member or a friend.

Hey there.

The simple solution would be to wear long sleeve shirts and pants.

But lets go a bit deeper.  How long has this been a problem?  Are you getting some sort of help?  Don't be afraid to seek the help you need.  We all face problems.  Are you cutting to handle the problems?  If cutting was going to work, why are still you feeling hurt on the inside?  Shouldn't it of worked by now?  Its really not going to work in the long run.  You have to deal with these problems before you're going to be able to quit.  Talk to friends.  Family.  They do care.  Maybe you think differently?  Maybe you're so far down you can't lift yourself up?  If that is the case, seek a helping hand.  You can get through this.  Do the things you love to do.  Hang out with friends.  Do the stuff you once enjoyed.  Your spirits will be lifted.  Keep wanting to feel better.

If you ever want to talk, just message me.  I always have the time.

Here are some sites to help your further.  Just get some more information on why you keep cutting and how to stop.  This is along with the options I gave.  Knowledge is power.  You can overcome this.
