Hey Hun, I remember those days. I remember fighting and fussing with my parents like no other. I know that a lot of what they did back then was out of love, but at the time it seems so upsetting and unfair. Try talking to your mother one on one and once things cool down, talk to your dad. I know its unfair for him to not let you talk to your boyfriend, but he loves you and thinks he is protecting you. You're at an age where you're definitely not a child, but not quite an adult. Your parents, like many others, don't know how to give you the freedom you need aligned with the structure that they should provide.
If you approach your mom and dad and talk to them calmly, this may work in getting some of your privileges back. To further prove to your parents that you DO care for school, talk to the anatomy teacher and see if you can do extra work to bring your grade up. (And yes, anatomy is SUPER hard! AHH!) This will show your mom and dad that you do care. (even though I'm sure you do already!)
Parents are weird. I think that once they've cooled down a bit, you'll be ok. If you ever need to talk to someone, you can message me anytime.
